The Atlantic City Master Plan is a vision, a guide for breathing new life into one of America's most iconic resort cities. Our design concept is distinctive, conceptual, and provides key improvements within the core areas. After several meaningful interactions with the public and private stakeholders, we were able to create a master plan that secures four seasons of success.

The key to creating a successful future is less about when it is complete, but rather, when each initiative begins. With this understanding, we divided the redevelopment into three phases: near, mid, and long-term. Each phase will be complemented by improvements to key streets within the Tourism District. Together, these elements and phases reposition Atlantic City as the ultimate seaside destination. A clean, safe, and green City of the Future with more people on the piers and in the businesses to see them reach their maximum potential.
By promoting a strategy for redevelopment, phasing, and districtwide improvements, the master plan will serve as a catalyst for Atlantic City's economic and social uplift. With new entertainment and attractions established with financial, social and environmental sustainability, the City will be able to deliver on the expectations of an ultimate beachside resort that will attract millions of new visitors.
