JERDE CEO Named to List of 'Commercial Real Estate Visionaries'

JERDE CEO Paul Martinkovic has been recognized as part of the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing's inaugural issue of 'Los Angeles & Orange Counties Commercial Real Estate: Trends, Updates and Visionaries.' The magazine spotlights commercial real estate executives for accomplishments made during the last two years, as well as their "exemplary leadership within their organizations and communities across Southern California."

In recent months Martinkovic has overseen the expansion of JERDE's global footprint, with new offices opening in Singapore and Mexico City, as well as the addition of a design team out of the firm's Shanghai office. Despite the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, JERDE has seen an uptick in work and client demand, with more than 10,000 residential units in various stages of development, and over 1,000 acres of space currently being masterplanned around the world.

Martinkovic has been with JERDE for over 30 years and currently serves as the firm's chief executive officer and serves on the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in initiating, implementing and executing the founder ownership transfer to the new ownership structure in the firm in his previous position as chief financial officer.
