Delivering a modern community hub for the Moscow Region, Kashirskaya Plaza features a complex of public amenities, conveniently blending retail, fitness, cinema, entertainment, F&B and hypermarket. In 2019 the project won ENR's Global Best Project Award for Retail/Mixed-Use Development.

Circulation

Connections to the natural world are also seen throughout the interior of the project. After a series of different interior layouts were sketched, ultimately we ended up with four main atriums designed thematically to link with the natural elements of water, air, fire, and earth.

Flexible space within the mall's interiors allows for a variety of programming, including concerts, art exhibitions, night sales, seasonal fairs, fashion shows, promotions, sports events, children's classes, and more.
