Wuhan Riverfront
A modern new district
Greenland Intl' Financial City is situated on the Yangtze River, just north of its confluence with the Han River, in what was formerly an industrial area. The City of Wuhan, in partnership with the Chinese government, is redeveloping this area into a new commercial, retail, and residential district. This experiential mixed-use project is a thoughtful and innovative urbanistic destination. It symbolizes the growing vitality of Wuhan, the most populous city in central China and a major player in the country's economy due to its status as a multi-modal transportation hub.

The three basic components of the project—a retail podium, a service apartment tower at the northwest corner of the retail podium, and a high-rise office tower at the southeast corner of the retail podium—are integrated into a single vibrant mixed-use center. With its dramatic undulating glazed roof canopy and windows providing views of the sky and the Main Office Tower to the north to enhance its exciting mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options to entice citizens and visitors, the proposed project is an important and sophisticated addition to the cosmopolitan City of Wuhan.
